How to use delete key as delete key in Windows and not as a backspace key?

If you want to delete a file in the Finder just use command+delete

A good friend ask me this easy question, but I remember my first day using Mac I didn't know this "trick" and it was very frustrating to move the mouse or the arrow keys every time.
